Caramel–Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Treat Dad to these yummy pancakes on his special day!
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 egg
4 Tablespoons melted Butter
1/4 cup Lula's Caramel Sauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
More Caramel Sauce for drizzling
Directions
Whisk together milk, egg, melted butter and 1/4 cup Lula's Caramel Sauce.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Whisk dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Cook 1/4 cupfuls in a hot buttered skillet.
To serve, drizzle with more caramel sauce.
