BAKED APRICOT CHICKEN
Ingredients
12 chicken thighs
1/2 cup French dressing
1 pakcage dry onion soup mix
1 jar Aloha From Oregon Apricot Pepper Jelly
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° .
In a medium bowl combine Aloha From Oregon Apricot Pepper Jelly, dressing & onion soup mix.
Microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir together.
Place chicken pieces in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Pour apricot mixture over chicken & bake uncovered in the oven until cooked through, about 50-60 minutes.
