We are excited to let you know Uplift Family Services and Pacific Clinics has completed its merger as of March 1, 2022. The newly merged organization brings over 150 years of experience providing unparalleled care.
While Pacific Clinics will merge into Uplift Family Services and the executive and regional leadership will remain intact, the merged organization will begin to operate under the Pacific Clinics name.
Uplift Family Services has a rich history of quality, trauma-informed care for children, teens and families. Pacific Clinics offers exceptional programming from birth to older adults with sensitivities for diverse cultures and specialized services such as housing and job training.
By combining operations, Uplift Family Services will have greater financial resources and deeper advocacy opportunities that will allow expansion of services for increased numbers of vulnerable children, families, and adults helped each year. The merger also opens the door to an expanded continuity of care for youth as they age out of foster care and other programs.

HATCH JALAPENO EGG CASSEROLE

Total Time:1 hour
Ingredients
1 lb. Chorizo, cooked and sliced
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Jalapeño Spread
12 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 heaping cups Sourdough bread, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and then place into a slightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until set. Serves: 8 - 10
