...with Santas and trees and ornaments...and so much more!

The Winward Vintage Television shows a holiday scene set to music. These classic 3-D music boxes are the perfect addition to your festive decor. Imported  by Winward International, these televisions come in assorted sizes, holiday scenes and with an assortment of seasonal carols.

Our new jewelry line comes from the Encanto Collection. This colorful bracelet uses Tagua, (pronounced TAG-WAH) the seed of a palm-like tree that grows in the tropics of South America. This creative material can be carved, polished and cut into different shapes. Colorful and bright, Tagua has the ability to absorb colors brightly without fading.  Come into The Butter Paddle to see this bracelet and more pieces from this collection.

Mud Pie EIEIO Plush Animal Oopsies...It's all better! Make the boo-boo's better with these adorable plush friends. EIEIO animals have a tummy pouch that holds a plastic freezable cube to help ease the little bumps and boo-boo's of childhood. So cute…so soothing…Come in and see our precious Oopsie zoo.

Seattle Chocolates has become known for delivering smooth, all natural satisfaction with every bite. This nostalgic peppermint bark is often copied but never matched in quality or flavor. 4 ounces of layered dark and white chocolate peppermint bark,  packed in a clear cello bag and tied with a candy cane ribbon and decorative hang tag. This is the perfect hostess gift or stocking stuffer.

We would like to extend a big CONGRATULATIONS to the EMQ Auxiliary for meeting their goal of funding all the holiday parties and special outings organized by the Children’s Services Committee. This tremendous accomplishment was achieved through the hard work of our Fund Development Chair, Carol Ross, along with the following community members:

Dr. Mamal Rahimi, an outstanding Los Gatos dentist, sponsored the golf outing for the second year.

Dr. Tiffany Davies, a terrific Family Practice physician in Los Gatos, who also cares for several of our members, sponsored the Fun in the Sun party for the second year.

Melody and Chris Melanchowsky, friends of the Auxiliary, sponsored the bowling outing for a second year.

Saundra Hill, Sustainer, and her husband Alan, for sponsoring the Halloween party.

Susan Gutterman, Active, and her husband Clifford, for sponsoring the Thanksgiving party.

Union Bank, for co-sponsoring the Christmas party.

The Davidson Foundation for sponsoring the Christmas party.

Paula Negendank, Provisional, and her husband Terry, for obtaining the grant from Union Bank to co-sponsor the Christmas party and for matching the grant.

Yahoo! Inc., whose generous grant covered the remainder of our annual budget for Children’s Services.

Rochelle Baumstein, Active, for introducing us to her daughter Robyn, who sponsored our grant application at Yahoo.

Because of these friends of The Butter Paddle, the children of the EMQ FamiliesFirst were able to look forward to and enjoy activities, food and social events with friends and family.

A big Butter Paddle THANK YOU goes out to our Budget and Finance Chair, Robi Bannon, for donating a NEW CPU to the store. This powerful HP Pavilion Tower replaced our second-hand computer that finally quit working, severely limiting our use of our cash register system. Because of Robi's generosity, we are now well equipped to promptly serve all of our customers during this busy holiday season.

Show your support for small business by shopping at The Butter Paddle on Saturday, November 24th.

Our Children’s Services Committee provides outings and parties for the children throughout the year. These events are very important to the well being and morale of the children.

Can you help? We’re searching for sponsors to help cover the costs of these wonderful events.

If you would be interested in becoming a Children's Services Sponsor, please contact Carol Ross, our Fund Development Chair, at 408-358-0159 or
