8 oz. black beans, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, cut thin
1 small red onion, chopped
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In oven-safe casserole or quiche dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with black beans. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
